Buy quality not the cheap stuff as it lasts longer.
If you are vertically challenged, you'll know how hard it is to find frames smaller than 50cm in good condition. From restoring bikes I know there are limitations to what can and can't be done - how much it will cost to do it right - and what should and shouldn't be done.
Perhaps if the bike had provenance you might put it on display similiar to Museeuw's Roubaix Colnago at Ernesto's musueum. Check out Gloria too.

The seller's terms include relisting an item in the event that eBay goes down in the last 2 hours. Somehow I think eBay servers are slightly more redundant than home internet connections.

This was my bike and I have not ridden in 20 years. I am 5 foot 3" tall and bike frame I think is 48cm.
It was on display in a bike shop for many years and returned to me and I left it outside by mistake hence the rust. It is old and sold as is. The tyres need replacing, rims are good, chain needs to be derusted.
This was given to me 26 years ago in Miami, Fla USA by my brother in laws sponser.
