The Boss is always cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Recently it's been home made sausage rolls, bread and butter pudding and roast chicken.
I tend to take a little longer to produce dishes.

I strapped on my helmet and took 'la limonatta' for a quick burst around the block to ensure it was 'al dente' and nothing beats a fresh, top of the line chain, chainring and freewheel for an insanely smooth ride. The pedaling was silky, helped by a millimetre perfect chainline.
Chez fyx - no two dishes are alike.
