Michael Jordan's Merckx - 1996 Bianchi-Roubaix team bike - Gravel Grinding in the Dandenongs

Just married! - Le Mans start - Regular pularva

Michael Jordan's Eddy Merckx

MJ had a go at everything. Baseball, Golf and as it turns out - cycling. This is a 70cm Eddy Merckx corsa extra - obviously in red as per his Chicago team colours - I heard he had a white bike for away games.

Banned from all future Roller Races.

I'd heard a rumour as one often does in cycling that Gary Neiwand held the record for RPM at the AIS. 300 rpm with no chain. I just didn't think that was humanly possible and figured that over time, the fish that was a foot long had become as big as the boat. This is what 260rpm looks like - add another 40 in over a minute and you've got rendonkulously fast.

Gulf

For those who like speed in general, and bicycles built witha theme in mind.

DJ's Gulf inspired Perkins.

A dodgy pic, but you get the idea. Once upon a time it was the 2011 World Keirin Champions bike - fork sabotaged from from Mark French's BT.

The cutting edge: 1996

Even after the typical 20 years required for fashion to become cool once more, this steed may struggle. A curio nonetheless.

Forever after.

Congratulations to the newly weds.

Hell of a weekend ahead.
