The Pinarello 'Asolo' ranked below the Montello and Treviso in the range, but the name struck a chord with it's new owner.

My bad italian had me thinking it had something to do with 'a solo breakway'.  Ché idiota!

Asolo 'the Pearl of Treviso' is a gorgeous town set at the foot hills of the Dolomites.

What a difference good paint can make. Artwork straight out of the oven from cyclomondo. The fiddly pantographed elements painted and decals applied by fyxomatosis.

 

 

Add a splash of 1987 Pinarello catalogue for inspiration and I think you can see where this is going...
