I've known Ben (aptly known as Benny Tatts) for a few years now. The only thing he likes more than low flanges is Coffee.
He was the stand in barista at En Masse and that speaks volumes for his ability because he's the only person in 2 years I've seen allowed to touch Danny's machine.
Ben would like nothing more than to represent Australia in the World Barista Championships in Bogota, Colombia. While you wait for the clock to strike 12, take a minute out of your day and give him a push!
